Course Description

Accountants across America are facing the same issues: increased rules, regulations, price compression, payroll, and the list goes on and on. The high level of technical expertise needed for a vast array of advisory disciplines makes bringing these services in-house almost insurmountable. For firms reaching to scale and grow their practices, the days are long, and time is measured. Outsourcing cost segregation, 179D, and other value-add consulting incentives via a plug-and-play model can inject a revenue stream into your firm with little to no time commitment on your part.

This course will discuss how to partner with a cost segregation specialty practice to offer this service to your clients instantly. We will discuss in detail everything you need to know to make this model work for your firm.

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize why partnering with a specialty tax firm makes sense financially for your accounting practice

  • Determine how partnering with a specialty tax firm will strengthen your relationship with your client

  • List outsourcing fears and how to create a relationship that addresses these fears head on

  • Outline what to expect from a partner firm every step of the way
