Sanjiv has over 19 years of experience focused exclusively on Research and Development tax credit services. He has assisted firms of all sizes; from privately held startups to publicly traded, Fortune 500 companies; in identifying, calculating, and documenting their federal and state R&D tax credits, as well as defending those credits on examination by the IRS and/or state taxing authorities. Sanjiv’s experience spans across various industries, including, manufacturing, software, oil & gas, technology, engineering services, defense, aerospace, chemical, food & beverage, apparel, financial services, pharmaceutical, and retail & consumer products.
As a Senior Director within ADP’s Compliance Solutions business unit, Sanjiv works to develop partnerships with firms to provide value for their clients. He also helps educate taxpayers on the R&D credit and works to identify value added opportunities for them.

Elizabeth Bowman has been with ADP for over 20 years and resides on ADP’s R&D Tax Credits team where she handles both client relations and production management/operations for a large client base over a wide range of industries. She was also part of the internal tax credits research team responsible for the organization’s federal and state proprietary incentives database for over a decade.
During her tenure with ADP, Elizabeth has worked extensively in credit and incentive legislation tracking, growing state credit business, managing R&D credit client relations and calculations, and leading various IRS and state credit audit defense projects. She is heavily involved with her R&D credit client base providing consultative services to maximize incentive benefits.
