Tammy Gay is currently a Senior Stakeholder Liaison in the Communications & Liaisons Division of the Internal Revenue Service. As a Senior Stakeholder Liaison, she collaborates, informs, and communicates priority outreach messages to all taxpayer communities, including major employers, community associations and tax practitioner organizations to provide significant messages that impact taxpayers.

Tammy is assigned to cover the State of Illinois. She has been employed by the IRS since October 2008. The skills and expertise Tammy have gained throughout her 13-year career has given her knowledge of policies, procedures and work processes within the IRS.
