Course Description

The world of work is changing. The impact of the global pandemic,  the challenges of finding talent, the changing expectations of how and where employees work, and the impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace have all caused firms to reevaluate many aspects of work. Rather than pinpoint solutions that have minimal impact, it is necessary to develop a clear, comprehensive people strategy that is flexible enough to evolve with the latest trends but defined enough to provide a framework for execution.

This session will describe current trends in the workplace and provide highlights on a 5-year Future of Work Strategy that emphasizes flexibility, people development, and effective work environments.

Learning Objectives:

  • Evaluate the Future of Work Strategy at the presenter's firm

  • List the desired outcomes of this strategy

  • Identify the impact on the employee experience
